I have carried out a modicum of research into the edible portions (cuts) of pork. It turns out that pigs, conveniently divide into four quarters. A lot of the cuts seem to replicate each other so I am not going to list them (there are a lot of chops) however, it is worth listing the composite parts. I'll keep adding to this list after I have eaten the portions, or if I'm told that I have missed something, so keep checking to see how the challenge is progressing.
